How was Vishnu born?
There was no earth, no stars, no sun, no water, no pond, no fire, In such a situation, Lord Shiva created the universe and to take care of him gave birth to Vishnu. Lord Vishnu is eternal and infinite and beyond birth and death. Lord Shiva has given the responsibility to Lord Vishnu to keep the accounts of 84 lakh species including Brahmins and the underworld. It has had many incarnations.

- adi purush, four kumaras, narada, Nara-narayana, kapila, dattatreya,yajna, rishabha deva, matsya, prithu, kurma, dhanvantari, mohini, narasimha, vamana, parashurama, vedavyasa, rama, balarama, krishna, Buddha, hayagriva, hamsa, kalki.
